A construction company that brings family values back into the construction process. G6 Construction LLC was established in 2025 but its history started years before….

Owner, Casey Gabrielson, grew up in a household where his parents provided him with tools and opportunities to succeed in life. Casey’s father turned the family 3rd car garage into a hobby woodworking shop where Casey and his siblings learned to use tools from an early age and often spent their free time making things. Casey recalls turning his first baseball bat from scratch on his dad’s ShopSmith before he was even in school. The love of creating was instilled in Casey and to this very day, you can find Casey making “sawdust” his current day shop.

Casey has a background in education, where he graduated from Concordia University in Mequon, WI in 2009. Although his degree was in education, Casey always had an urge to build and create things. In the summers, Casey had a side business of doing home renovations and custom one-off projects for people…after a few years, the side business grew to a point that he made the tough decision to leave education start his home renovations company. Although he lacked experience from the business perspective, he took a leap of faith and started his own company called, CSG Custom Builds LLC in 2015. Many hard “Business” lessons were learned over the 3 years he ran CSG Custom Builds and he often found himself working long hours and giving up every weekend. The business model was all wrong… it was centered around Casey’s skills. He hit burnout and decided to work for a larger construction firm to learn how to successfully run a business. In 2018, he closed the doors to CSG Custom Builds and began working for successful larger GC’s in the Milwaukee area to see how they scaled their businesses and how they put various processes together. Casey gained valuable business knowledge that he would never have gained while running his very small CSG operation.

Fast forward to 2025… Casey had the itch to bring it full circle and start again, this time with business experience and the right practices in place to make it happen! On top of good business practices, Casey wanted to hire good people… he found that they are the essence of a successful business. To keep these good people, Casey wanted to start a company that incorporated the family values back in the construction process… he wanted his employees to stay motivated and want to come to work. He did not want his employees to ever feel that burnout he felt when he tried to do it all himself. At G6, “Family” comes first. That’s where the name “G6” stems from…. “Gabrielson, family of 6” … and G6 is a constant reminder to Casey that his family, his employee’s families and his client’s families are to be put first. The hours of operation reflect family time as important time; no project should be more important than that. G6 operates from 8:00 am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. If you are looking for a company that works nights and weekends, then G6 is not the company for you.
